Potato Salad
- Chop and roast blue potatoes, garlic, carrots, and red peppers in the oven at 425 until done.
- Chop green onion and parsley
- Saute chopped Canadian bacon until brown
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add
- A small amount of mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Additional possible ingredients
- Sesame oil
- Garlic powder
- Pan Roasted Nuts
- Balsamic vinegar
